Refund policy

CANDLE RETURNS 

Please note: For Factory Sale items, all sales are finals. No refunds or exchanges will be offered. 

To initiate a return for a candle order, please send an email to conciergedesk@tatinecandles.pro. In the subject line of your email, include "Return Request" along with your order number. Tatine does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased from one of our retail partners. These returns must be taken back to the point of purchase.

Customers have up to 14 business days from the date of receiving their order to request a return; you must contact us at conciergedesk@tatinecandles.pro to initiate an eligible return. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns and exchanges.

Once a return is approved, you have 7 business days to bring the return to the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note: We recommend insuring your return and packing with care. Refunds will not be processed for items lost or damaged in return shipping; any required claims made on return shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

Candles must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging to be returned and refunded.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange, in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less original shipping cost, and exchanges are subject to product availability. 

CANDLE EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange an unused and unopened candle, kindly reach out to our customer service team at conciergedesk@tatinecandles.pro within 14 days of your purchase.

Once an exchange is approved, you have 7 business days to bring the return to the shipping carrier of your choice.

Please ensure that candles are unused and returned in perfect condition, in their original, intact packaging. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and cover the cost of the return shipments. 

We recommend you notate your tracking number and track your return as you are responsible for this shipment. We recommend insuring your return and packing with care. Exchanges will not be processed for items lost or damaged in return shipping; any required claims made on return shipments are the customer’s responsibility. 
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

HAND CARE RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

Hand Care products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

EAU DE PARFUM RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

All Eau de Parfum sales are final.

Because fragrance interacts uniquely with each wearer, Eau de Parfums cannot be returned without compromising product integrity. For this reason, all Eau de Parfum purchases are final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you discover that one of your products is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at conciergedesk@tatinecandles.pro within 7 business days of receipt. 

Photographs of the affected products and the box that it shipped in are required for processing your request. 

Tatine does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased from one of our retail partners. These returns must be taken back to the point of purchase. Tatine is not responsible for any damages that occur once you have taken ownership of the product. 

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window starting from the time you placed your order to do so. To initiate a cancellation request, please send an email to conciergedesk@tatinecandles.pro with "Cancel Request" clearly stated in the subject line. 

Please note that while we always do our best to get to your requests quickly, any cancellation requests made after the 24-hour period may not be possible to process, as orders are typically processed and shipped promptly.
